my last series 3 was in the 80,s. Putting the seat belts back in my new project. Where does the chrome curved piece with the 2 holes attach to and how many attatchments are to the inner sill. Do any attatch to the hardtop bolt at the top above the rear speaker.

Well after searching many pictures I have come to the conclusion that I have a combination of early seat belts and later seat belts, but not a complete set of either. Hencce they do not work together... Sheesh!
