72 steering wheel in a 78 Midget?

I love this style steering wheel - is there a way to fit it to my '78?

BTW - anybody else here simpsonize themselves?

My wife (who hates the simpsons) laughed out loud as it does kind of look like the me of 20 years ago.

I think that is an earlier wheel ... say about '66

I thought so too, the seller say's it's a '72.
Shows what they know.

That's the same as the wheel in my 69 MGC.

John, how much space is there between the edge of the wheel & the inside of the door? Is the wheel 15 inches diameter?
