Visited Pearl on the 59th anniversary. The Arizona memorial was a very somber experience. Here's a picture of the spot where the eventual surrender was signed on the MIssouri.

Kinda strange to think that there are two German cars, and one Japanese car in my driveway.

FWIW, <span style="font-style: italic">all</span> the flags were at half-mast at The Magic Kingdom today (even the small ones on the completely unimportant and unseen buildings in the back-forty).

I watched the news tonight,in which they said that the
Pearl Harbor Survivors Assocaiation will shut down.
So many great stories - so many Heros that day.
