TR6 69 TR6 spare tire lid

Would anyone have a pic they could post of a spare tire lid for a 69 TR6? Does anyone know if all TR6 models had the same spare tire lid? I bought a rotting one I was going to use as a pattern, but I am not sure if it is correct. It looks like it may be out of a TR 250, however, I have found that many times parts in my car are more similar to a 250. Any help is always greatly appreciated
 
This is the original from my 74. I don't think any changes were ever made.

Thanks, Don. Lookslike mine is from a 250 based on TRF catalog and your pics. I think I have most of the materials, but will have to weigh out the cost of making one verses buying one. Anyone know which company makes the best reproduction?
 
I would go with TRF Part # 815662 around $150.00 if you don't make your own. I would guess $50.00 bucks for material at the most and two hours work.
