TR6 69 TR6 idle speed continued...

Looking at the minimal emission system, I noticed that the PVC hose line is only connected to the front weber carb. As noted, the idle speed is much better now - 9500 rpm, after I replaced the diaphram. Do you think I need to put a tee in the line and connect both carbs? Is the blow by sufficiently exhausted as currently set up? Cheers to all.

One is probably enough. As originally fitted to the ZS carbs the nipple was drawing only about 2 in-Hg at most. All that's needed is a slight depression to keep the pressure from building.
As you can see in this picture I have only 1 carb sucking on the valve cover vent. And I suspect that the suction in the air box and the manifold/PCV is considerably more than what's available at the carb's evacuation nipple.
At any rate after a spirited drive you'll know because if it's not you'll see oil that's been pushed out of the block.

Thanks so much for the response. Now I can try to figure out how to get the horns working. I'm sure I'll be back asking questions on that too!
