Howdy all:
My hazard switch seems to be on the blink (or not, so to speak). It won't satisfyingly "click" into the off position, and I've also noticed that now my turn signals don't work. I assume that the switch functions (at least in terms of where it fits into the wiring) like the item in my TR-250. That is, for the turn signals to work, the switch must be definitively in the "off" position. Assuming this is the case, before I have time to pull the sucker out and fix it, can I simply do a temporary jump between the turn signal line? I assume this to be the wires that lead into the upper blades of the switch, since that's the off position.
My apologies for the question -- I don't yet have a good wiring diagram.
Thanks!
