Several holes in whats on there now so it needs replacement. I have been looking at the Moss stainless system but am interested in anyones suggestions/feedback.

You interested in stock or a little sound?

If a little sound, drive it down to a local shop & tell them 2" aluminized pipe with a couple of "cherry bombs" - longer under driver seat, shorter in rear....nice little stainless tip.

I like the fit and sound of the Bell stainless systems. Engel imports sells them and you may be able to get one off ebay also. Bob

I put Peco on the B and I like the sound. Nice rumble that you can still talk over with no problem. Lately I saw a pic either here or on TRiumph forum showing some poor workmanship on the header, but I didn't have that experience at all. I would strongly suggest that you get the exhaust heat shield for under the floorboard. Moss has them and they are worth every cent!!!!! what a difference it makes, went on easily and works like a charm.
I had an Abarth system back in the day and that was the sweetest sound I've ever heard, they're no longer making a unit for our cars but I would grab anything that sounded close to that in a heartbeat.

I'm told Stebro still available in England, too. Those were what I fitted to every car I ever owned. Now it's ANSA.

Hooker used to make the most elegant header for the MGB. Now N.L.A. I'm no fan of Peco, but better'n nothin'.

Just to update this - the Bell stainless system I ordered from Engel arrived today and installed without a hitch. It sounds much better than the old full-o-holes system I had before.
:thankyousign:

Im got Peco, fornt to rear, headers and all, car runs great, I do suggest getting the header Jet Hotted though.

Im got Peco, front to rear, headers and all, car runs great, I do suggest getting the header Jet Hotted though, the red caoting that it comes with, doesn't last long
