That's what I thought. What if he won't come off of $8k? Would that be out of line? I have a feeling he might negotiate, but I don't know how much if at all.
 
I don't buy anyone else's unfinihsed project unless I can get it extremely cheap. Even without that I would not choose a TR3 over a Midget - I like the looks of the TR but never enough to desire owning one.
