Went out to the garage and Miss Agatha was naping but not for long.

About 20 miles out to Chatchtaw Beach and back. 45 where it said 45 and 60 where it said 60, nice nice ride. Just what was ordered. Found nothing to do upon return accept adjust the choke cable a bit. Was a bit too long.

Still have the clutch problem shifting at high RPM but am starting to think it is the Master Cylinder. Noted one time I had no pedel when slowing for a red light. I know, I know, it was rebuilt with all new brass inards by White Post but I am still leaning that way, brake side is fine. Guess one of these days when I feel up to it it is going to have to come out for a look see.

Durn, does that engine run fine, I am so pleased. Strong and sounds great. Revs quickley as well, another 30 HP would make her jump right out of her shell. In fact I bet it would get me in trouble.

Corners surely are fun, now I am thinking it is time to consider a front sway bar, I have one but have not restored it so need all new attaching stuff. The bits are available from Moss, something to think about.

Can you tell I had a good time. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/devilgrin.gif

I got inspired!
Took the little car out for a "last time in 2007" spin... It was a little cold (50ish degrees), but had heavy leather jacket and a "bomber" hat!
Kinda looked funny - at least my wife laughed - but I was warm!
Must try to get out tomorrow for a few minutes.
Happy New Year to all.

3*F here. Loading out from my gig last night it was well below zero. No fun drives for me! Brrrr /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

It is 72 here on the coast of NC. My wife and I rode in our BJ8 to an outdoor restaurant at a harbor for lunch and enjoyed having the top down on January 1st. Unfortunately, the high tomorrow is supposed to be about 40. We are enjoying the nice weather for as long as we can today.
