Has anyone had an Odometer apart? Wondering how the milage setter works. I have the rod, a long spring and a tapered spring, a small brass washer and a large brass washer along with a plastic cog. It all was laying inside when I removed the unit from the case. I am guessing the rod threads through the rear hole upward to another hole above a metal gear. How do the springs, plastic cog and small brass washer relate to each other. I see a hole through the rod about an inch from the end, I take it a pin goes in there. Lots of questions but I am not seeing how it all relates.???
