'64 Sebring Races

Here's great footage of the 1964 Sebring Races. At 1:48 in the # 33 Paddy Hopkirk/Grant Clark 3000 Healey over corrects and displays the Big Healey's
off road rally heritage. This car finish 53 overall.

Yeah, saw that. A little off-roading. Great stuff!

And something (TVR?) hit a hay bale hard at about 1:15.

Nice TR4 and MGB early on too.

I can't figure out what's with the 904 (I think that's what it is at about 1:17)). Looks like the left door is all askew.
 
Quick glimpse of the Healey @ 8:43.

My heart still skips a beat whenever I'm watching the old footage and there is an accident with a fire. Shows how fearless the old racers were...

I was there in 64. Now you know why, in the day, Fararri pit stops were described as a Chinese fire drill.
