Sorry to hear this, Pat. The price is, IMO, almost outrageously good! I took the liberty of posting a link to the ad on several Herald-related Facebook groups; good luck selling it! (As always, if only I were about 3000 miles closer.... )

Oh, and tell the new owner about my Database, please!
