A while back there was discussion of a bj8 hardtop for sale.
Just so happens there is a bj8 with a factory hardtop for sale.

Fantasy junction has some very nice collector cars. I go in there when ever I'm in the neighborhood.
Side note, Fantasy Junction is across the street, one block down, from Pixar Studio. (I've been in there too. Trust me, we'd all want to work in the main building, the Steve Jobs building)

For all of the sizzle FJ puts in the ads it really should use a spellchecker: The listing says the car was restored by Kurt Tanner, "Marquee Specialist"--a dumb mistake unless Tanner has branched off into restoring tents and theatre entrances.

Fantasy Junction's prices have always (going back to the late '70's) been ridiculously high. Apparently that is their business model.

Well as we all know the name of the restorer adds at least 25Gs . My 64 twin light will be for sale soon for a lot less that that one and the restoration was by yours truly and I don't ask for an extra 25Gs on top of the price just to add my name:welcoming::eagerness::congratulatory::eagerness:
 
Looks like a nice car! Not sure about the $95,000.00. Didn't all the factory hard tops have the metal braces along the back window? Not to pick it apart, but for $95,000.00 I would want it perfect.

BJ8 hard tops do not have the metal braces.
