61 Sprite top bows

I have three sets of 2 piece top bows for my 61 Sprite project. Moss lists two types of 2 piece top bows for the MK II and MK III. Is there a difference and how do I tell which I should use? Thanks and have a good day!

The 61 use's the kind that have little ears on the uprights and that are spring loaded. The later top's are completely different.
