TR2/3/3A 60 TR 3A post 60000 Steering Wheel Question

Does anyone know of any torque limitations/requirements for the steering wheel nut?

Thanks, Tinkerman

Which nut? The one holding the steering wheel on or the nut behind the wheel? I think it's around 1 1/4 if I remember correctly. Snug it up [50ft/lbs?] and it it should be ok. Ive never seem one actually loosen up. Im only kidding about the nut behind the wheel.

It doesn't need to be especially tight; I generally just tighten until I can't hold the wheel from turning with my left hand.

Thanks fellows!
John there are days that I feel I AM the nut behind the wheel and today is one of those days!

Cheers, Dick
