I assume it's a livery truck (limo, probably with a hot tub in the back) but it was parked outside this residential house not too far from where I live. Maybe they just thought a standard Escalade wasn't big enough...

Given that it is just a Suburban with fancy trim I would expect it to ride like the truck it is (though the low profile tires will make it much worse)...

No idea if the hot tub is there or not, just seems a likely reason for the dual axle.

Upon further review.......
Option 1 - remove all the body side "bling", go with the monochrome look (the wheels can stay).
Option 2 - extend the chrome trim pieces and the roof rack to full length to tie the body mods together.

Either way, I still like cheese...........
 
Making the pointless even more so, IMO.
