6 degrees. No heat. Happy ending.

As for our heater - my Wife called the place that sold/installed it
1-1/2 years ago & left a message,as they were closed Dec. 25/26.
She then called a lot of places,&,of the ones that were opened,the
soonest they could come out was Wed.,so we decided that it'd be
best to wait to hear back from the place that sold it to us.
We got a call this morning,& they said that someone would come
out today.A few hours later,they came out,& were able to fix it.Turned
out that a valve was bad,as well as a switch,& they replaced two wires
that got burnt.
Our Son-in-Law brought his new portable heater that he got for
Christmas,so at least we had heat in the living room,also using the
fake gas fireplace that we have.
