TR2/3/3A 57 tr3 boot prop rod

Could someone please shoot me a picture of what the bracket in the boot gutter that receives the rod looks like so I can make one before I paint the trunk area. Thanks in advance

Great shot. Thanks. Now, how did you get that gasket to wrap around that 90 degree corner?
 
The gasket I got (would have been either Moss or TRF I suppose) was really soft, almost spongy, so it took the corner fine.

I'm not sure about your '57, but on my '59 3A, the boot lid seal corners should be mitered. </span>
