The 55th Annual Rallye Glenwood Springs will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 8, 9, & 10, 2007. This is the oldest continuously held rally in the United States and is sponsored by the MG Car Club, Rocky Mountain Centre. It begins on Friday with a time, speed, distance rally from Denver to Glenwood Springs. Saturday is a Tour through the spectacular mountain scenery around Glenwood Springs. The weekend culminates with the Car Show, Funkhana, and awards presentation on Sunday. Additional information is available at https://www.mgcc.org. Hope to see you (and your MGs) in the Colorado Rockies in June!

Doug, the 'Conclave' that Glenn mentioned is in September. Usually incorporates a 'Ride the Rockies' Tour on a Saturday and a large car show on Sunday. I hear tell its supposed to be in a new location this year but haven't heard anything lately.

The Glenwood has been the bane of my British Motoring experience. Every year, without fail, something keeps me from going to it. I usually get to hear about the fun everyone else has participating in it though.

RATS!

Just moved to Denver, but....
A) Couldn't even push my B to Glenwood Springs yet, and
B) I'm working that entire weekend, so I can't even go and drool at all the other cars.

Well, hopefully by next year my B will be fully restored, and I won't have to work, because I'll be independently wealthy /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif ...okay, we'll shoot for the former at least....
