5 days without doing any wrenching and...

Only every time I get around to something,it is always
blowing up in my face "Why did I do this - I'm not a real-
mechanic".I've had way too many of those lately.
Went out & finally got to the F250 - failed again.
It's still dead at the curb.

I solved that F250 problem for ya Doug... But you haven't sent me the truck yet! hehehehehe.
I know you'll get it. sometimes one problem can mask something else.
remember... The Titanic was built by professionals, the Ark was built by ametures.

Pub contraceptive machines used to have a label (might still do), "Built to British Standard...". Someone always writes underneath, "So was the Titanic"

Well it has been a couple of months now since I touched anything Triumph.

Had to do this instead.

Yes, termites, then a remodel in winter, and what you see is where the 10' sliding glass door once was, now just a couple of 2x4's and black plastic keeping out the rain and cold.

I would rather scrape tar off the inside of fenders then be doing this.

Ray, is it the picture, or is there a fair amount of bow in that header?

Ray, I lived through six solid months of that as the house we bought was torn apart from one end to the other. All I can say is, you'll be very happy when it's back together again.

Boy I wish my wife would let me turn one of our bedrooms into part of the garage.

Tom,

I should have posted this earlier... mabybe you should
buy an MG project.

Just an optical illusion. The real tough part was replacing the sills and footers under where the door was. Then facing the fact that you cannot get the 2X6 fir tongue and groove and have to deal with a thinner pine replacement.

It is raining cats and dogs outside, but dry inside.

A little more sheetrock work, then paint, then put down the hardwood floor, then....
