Yes, with small differences. First on the fender you will not have the holes for the side lights or the trim. On the hood the buffers at the rear of the hood are flat for the TR4 and inverted conical for the TR4A. Oh yes an early TR4 will have a short "bubble" while the later 4's and 4A's will have the long bubble. Both fit fine.
