What a great project. If I didn't already have my TR3 V8, I would jump on it. The rumble seat with second windshield is a neat feature. Missing fenders, headlights, bumper, etc is going to be hard to find. If anyone here buys it, keeps us informed.

And you were the first person I thought of when I saw it.

At the local classic cruise-in last month there was a Hot Rod Ford Popular. This hobby has lots of room for diversity.
