For those that remember, you also remember exactly where you were and what you were doing at that moment.

I was a 1st Lt. stationed in Hawaii and had a Bugeye.

Cullen Jr. High, Corpus Christi, Texas - 8th grade. Yes, I remember....

Mickey

Wasen't around then, but I still know the significance of this date. End of an era.

I also had about 9 years before gestation.

I was in high school in Gaithersburg MD. The principal announced on the intercom system that we were going home early because of the events in Dallas. In the background you could hear someone in the office tell him that the students had not been told. The principal explained what had transpired. My Father took my brother and I into DC to see the funeral procession, I will never forget the spirited horse with the boots backwards in the stirrups or the casket on the caisson.

I almost drove downtown to Dealey Plaza at lunch today. JFK was killed 5 years before I was born, but walking along the sidewalks is still haunting to me.

I saw on the news when I got home that they had the piano that John Lennon recorded "Imagine" on the grassy knoll today. Somehow I find that odd and fitting at the same time, I wish I had known, I would have taken the drive.

8th grade. Learned from the teacher while sitting on the sidewalk during a 'recess'. Things seemed to go weird from that day to now.

I was walking to a math class at Northeastern U. in Boston when I heard. I also remember seeing the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald on TV at the fraternity house.

I was seven years old and all I really remember is the over whelming sense of sadness I got from the adults around me.

I was 9 years old and happened to be home from school that day. Exactly 9 years to the day latter, I was swearing into the USAF and headed to basic training.

I was 7 my car was 4 we haven't met yet. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif I was probably at my Aunt and Uncles house playing hide and seek with my cousins before the big feed.

I was 5, we were at my grandmother's house. The adults were glued to the tv newscasts. I remember a sense of soberness.

Was in school, 8th grade. School let us have a free day outside. Many parents came early to pick up kids.

I was probably doing what all one week old babies do. Generating smells and noxious substances.

My dad was 10 years old.
