Hey Doc and everyone who caught the contol arm being
Pedro-ized. I can easily believe 40 HP equal from the
major additional engine RPMs I will now have. COOL!!
A very inexpensive, major useable HP upgrade has been
handed to Amos. PS: I added a 90* bend at the end.

I gutted all the throttle components, put them back into
the firewall loose, dry fit with a brick on the gas pedal
to give me full open throttle position for the control arm.

Dale,
That is looking really good. Have you driven the car yet? I want to know how it goes!

Much better angle on the cable. You should have no binding now. Equates to a faster time to get the pedal to the metal. 40 horsepower and a faster off the line time as well. Look out PR! Just check for the man first.

We'll turn this architect into an engineer yet!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

Lookin' good, Dale. Be conservative on that first outing with the "new found" power. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
