300Z question

OK, the guy painting my son's car has a 300z and is having trouble with it running and this is taking his time away from finishing my son's 240 so we are looking for some suggestions

He has a 1990 300Z non turbo, it cranks and runs good while cool but as soon it starts warming up it stutters and sounds like it is running way too rich. We though it was a throttle body sensor but we replaced it and it still chokes itself out.

any suggestions?
