280I radiator

Pulled the bottom Radiator hose to drain and filled from the overflow tank. The radiator fill would not work because it became air bound.

I pumped the bottom hose, let it warm up and it was still air bound. It would not fill from the radiator cap. As soon as I started filling the overflow tank it filled up even though the car was not running. British Magic.
Pump the bottom hose as you fill it.

In various sections of this site, you seem to like to partially quote, often cut and paste, from previous posts for your highly informative and helpful response.

Post #2 from Feathers, first line, you copied the first five words including the capitalized Radiator.

Must be some hidden purpose.
