2500M Header Info Needed

I need educated on 2500M headers. Are there any headers made specifically for the 2500M, or are they TR-6 headers?
If the latter, do they usually fit without mods?
Are some better than others (as far as fit and performance - I know there are quality differences)? I have a chance to buy a header that was on a 2500M but the engine was never started.
It's just a mild steel header painted black, but it's virtually new. He wants $150 plus
shipping for it. Is this something I should consider?

If it fits well it might be a good buy. I bought my TR6 headers from a 2500M owner in California because they wouldn't fit his TVR. It might depend on the headers though. The short primary tube headers might fit but the long tubes might not. Mine are a long primary design and again, would NOT fit into his 2500M.
