That’s how many years I have been modifying my car. Greetings All from Canada! Yes another one! I am the proud and sometimes frustrated owner of 1980 Triumph Spitfire 1500 (mk V curse you marketing) that is undergoing major modifications. And when I say major I mean MAJOR! Chrome Bumper and Trim Package, New (yes new) GT6 mk3 Bonnet, GT6 mk2 Engine (modified), Custom Power Brakes, Modified Suspension, Overdrive Upgrade, Modified Miata Seats, Redesigned Instrument Cluster, the list goes on…. Just shoot me (my Wife wants to). Finally have all the parts I need and a lot of spares(anyone need a GT6 mk3 Bonnet?) and should be done 1-2 years time and Wife permitting. So, glad to meet you all and see you in the forum.

Welcome! Sounds like an ambitious project.

The Spitfire should have had a version offered with the GT-6 mill from the beginning, IMO!

welcome, sounds like a great project - of course it doesn't really exist without pictures but glad to have you here
