Do you know this individual? Any clue on what he's asking for it? I'm not too horribly far (few hours) from there, so I'd pick it up.
 
No- I know nothing about him at all. I had an add on a Datsun b-board looking for 210 parts and he just answered it saying that he had 2 cars (one a manual w/5-speed) that didn't run and that he is moving and needs to get rid of them. That is all that I know. You may want to e-mail him to find out more.
