Hey guys,

I just found out that my black TR3 has been selected as the NY Times Classic Car of the Year!!!!!!

I posted about this before, and I want to thank all of you who voted for it.

This is great for all Triumph owners. Maybe we'll see some price appreciation because of it as well!

The car looks great.
My brother lives in New York and drove my TR3 when he was here in Wisconsin last summer.
He was not surprised to see that another TR3 won this award.
He loved driving it.
Granted - he takes a cab most places he goes so he is a terrible driver.lol

The car looks great! What wheels do you have on your car? Do you have any side view shots, if so could you email them to me at curt@bgreen.net? I have been looking for wheel options for my TR3 and I think you have the wheels I have been looking at?

I believe Moss may carry them, but it’s worth calling the company to find another retailer because I bet you can get them cheaper.

I believe I have 15’s with 185/40’s on them. I will double check (the car is at my Dad’s house in New Mexico, while I live in New York) though and let you know.

The wider tires look great on the car and make it look a lot more aggressive than the stock set up. They handle really well too.
