A Zen Buddhist walks up to a hot dog vendor and says "Make me one with everything."
The vendor gives him a hot dog with the works and the Buddhist gives him a ten dollar bill which the vendor pockets. After a long pause the Buddhist says "Shouldn't I get some change from that?" to which the vendor says "Ah...change comes from within!"
