I was driving my 77 Maroon MGB when 2 E-type coupes went the other way. 10 minutes later a group including a Healey, MGB and TR6 plus more went by. I wonder where they were headed? Got a wave from the 2nd group.

fun!

Kind of a similar experience for me this weekend - work and a wedding took me to Prince Edward County and my home town of Belleville. On the way, saw a Midget and a Classic VW Beetle at a car dealer - saw an original mini parked on the road by a friend's house - then got on to secondary highway - saw another Mini and an MGB in one yard and a few miles later, an MGB for sale. Stopped in town to go to the bank and a guy in a 2CV pottered by.

Today was the wedding in the county and every time I turned around there was another classic car driving by - pretty much all American Iron but I bet I saw 2-3 dozen cars. (It was a gorgeous day!) Then heading home we came into a town where the local fair was happening - traffic backed up in part because the car show was letting out - every kind of car you can imagine up to the point that as we finally did get on the highway, a Citroen SM pulled out ahead of me - amazing!
