That is the bore, which is stock on my newly arrived engine, looks like it has never been rebuilt. There is a lip so it is worn well but I don't have a methoid of measureing the inside, down inside, of the bore. Looks like .020 or .030 over will work. Will let my engine guy figure it out. At least .020 as long as I am doing it to make sure the metal is fresh in the bores. Will bore it before I order pistons.
