I really want to own another MG, my intro post illustrates this. I really want a driver, something I can work on periodically while I summer time drive it.. Saw this on CL today, intrigued, that's what they're going for nowadays. What do you all think? The engine bay pic has me worried slightly. If I posted this in the wrong place, please move or delete it, thanks.
 
From what I see, it doesn't look bad. Being in Michigan, rust would be a big concern, but if it's been babied or came from a non rust-belt area, may be OK. Carpet kits aren't that expensive, and not a difficult install. Go drive it and let us know what you think.
