Hello group,
Hopefully this will be my last post regarding my carburettor problems on the '75 XJ6C. I posted recently that my carbs had been rebuilt and I tried to reinstall them without having been the person who removed them. Due to the fact that my car has been converted to manual choke it's not immediately clear where the fuel lines are supposed to be attached (all the old fuel lines were burnt to a crisp and already off the car). If anyone has a diagram showing where vacuum lines and fuel lines were originally connected, I would appreciate some help figuring this all out. I am afraid that the few fuel lines that were still on the car have been run through metal ports that may have been coolant lines for the water/auto-choke that was original to the car. I purchased a factory carb manual with the hopes of having a perfect diagram, but this was not the case. I do not have a workshop manual for the car (my fault, just never got around to ordering it) and am anxious to start the car. If anyone has a diagram they can share, please post or email me at your convenience.
Thanks much,
Brian
