Havnt started it all year.Got a rapid clicking noise,seems its coming from the starter.I had a new starter around that I brought a couple years ago that I replaced today, still getting rapid clicking noise.

Ray - welcome to BCF.

That clicking sure sounds like a starter solenoid problem, and/or a very weak battery.

Also, could just be poor connections on the battery cables, at the battery, and at the starter. First thing I'd do would be to loosen the cables at the battery, clean the terminals and cable clamps, re-connect, then try to start.

Weak battery would be my first guess too.
