Interested in buying a 73 Stag, barn find (Canada) Hoping to get a estimated value (guestimate) from those who are in the know. It has no drive train, but body in reasonably sound shape; original wheels, hard top and intact interior. Would have to find a engine, but if the car has value, it may be worth it.

There can be quite a range here. I bought one with a seized engine with a four speed stick tranny ( a desirable option). I bought and sold it for $7000 without doing anything to it. After a thorough investigation I did not want to rebuild that engine, so I sold it. There are several good options for other engines like the one mentioned above and also a TR6.
I would guess a range of $3 to $5000.

The missing engine may be a bonus on a Stag. A lot of people replace it with a Rover 3.5 V8. The engine it should have had all along.

A great looking car and not that common so well worth saving.
