TR6 1973 TR6 Rear Frame / Body Bushings

Randy, just curious why that won't work? The originals were aluminum as well.


Here's is a pic of mine when I started my restoration...one side had two shims stacked, the other had one...they are the horseshoe style...

The fact that the shims were part of the OEM spec for the cars pretty much answers the question, the frame/body combination apparently had enough variance that the shims were used to even up door gaps, etc.
