The note that comes out of that system is awesome, but on the initial startup I blow alot of black sooty particles out once it warms up it's nice and clean I;m assuming it's condensation combine with the residue inside the pipes when the engine was burning pretty rich. Any fix for this issue?

Thanks for the definition Sounds like fun! Going to do it on the way home from work. The wife will be surprised I'm home early.

Wind it all the way up!!

Slow works the best, anyway it sounds the best

A lot of the TR6 engines pump a black mist out the tail pipe during the first minute or so after a cold engine start up.

I'm not trying to discourage you from pushing to redline and 'flogging' your 40 year old engine. Just that I don't think doing that will put an end to the condensation.
