So it's a Siata? These were excellent little cars until late in the game. If it's a '71 then it must be a Siata "Spring", which was a hideous thing. I think they stopped importing them a couple of years earlier, though.

Confusing... your link brings up a Siata page on a google image search. Specifically a O.T.A.S Tigre. Which also looks alot like a Saab Sonnet!
