Ya know, its a little odd, but a few hours ago I was confused as to why there was a steering wheel right in the middle of the walkway. I looked at where it normally was kept and my seats were gone!!! Then I realized... ...Krimas!!! My husband sent them to an upholstery shop. Probably costs as much if not less than an upholstery kit and foam. Just thought it was cool, and wanted to share, since I saw that the title was "GT6 seat kits and foam"

At quick glance, I don't see anything on either the Aldridge or Heritage sites that clearly indicates they have anything for the US-spec. GT6. On these cars, the US-spec. 1970 GT6 seat is a one-year-only seat; 1969 was similar but with a fixed seatback; 1971 seat style was a bit different again! Newton Commercial does seem to show specific kits, although last time I looked, the "correct" perforated vinyl was available only in black. :frown: Wherever you go, just be sure that what you're getting is specific to a US model 1970 GT6!

Good point about Canley's (or probably even Rimmers), as chances are they're resellers of the Newton Commercial products. Sometimes those vendors sell for less than it costs to "buy direct"!
