I guess any race car with LeMans provenance has extra value. Hope the new owner uses that car as it was intended to be used.
I race with a guy who owns Graham Hill's old Speedwell Sprite.....a kind of similar car (and more pretty in my view). It's all original except for a 1275. You can see it below:
