1964 Sprite for Parts or Restore

I'm offering this up to forum members. I appreciate all the great advice I got here, but have to give up realizing it is not my cup of tea...

Ok, you get what you pay for here. This is a beast of a rust-bucket. I went as far as pulling off the passenger side sill and discovering the depth of rust. It is too much for me to continue. The engine turns over freely. I have never tried to start it. Compression was down on the middle two cylinders. The battery is dead and I am done spending money so I can not tell if replacing the head gasket fixed that issue. I have an ancient title for it from 1981 that has not been transferred anywhere if someone wanted to try and restore it. I would highly recommend parts though. The floors are a mess of someone's patchwork. At this point I am just ready to have it out of my barn and on for a practical purpose somewhere. It is on the southside of Indianapolis and yours to haul away. I am open for offers ranging from $0 up. Whatever it is worth to you .
