My 1964 Austin Healey 3000, phase 1 is up for sale. The car is in excellent shape and is a multiple winner of BEST IN CLASS, at the Western Washington All British Car Meet. The Healey was repainted, the original British Racing Green, a few years ago. All panels, hood, boot, doors fenders, etc. were removed, painted and reassembled. The paint is show quality. The Healey has 60,000 original miles is numbers matching and has the Heritage certificate. The car has new painted wire wheels, like original, not stainless. The electric overdrive works flawlessly. It is equipped with original Lucas headlights, fog lights, and of course original glass beehive tail and turn lights. The original engine had rings replaced and has great oil pressure at all engine rpm’s. It is equipped with a new stay fast cloth convertible top, professionally installed. The upholstery is original but in very good shape. The leaf springs and shocks were replaced a few years ago. I purchased the car from the original owner in Vancouver, B.C. 25 years ago. He actually had the car delivered in England while on vacation and shipped it to Vancouver. The original purchase invoice shows a price of about $3,000 and is available with other documents. It breaks my heart to part with this wonderful automobile. However, I am eighty years old with two bad knees and one bad hip. I just have been unable to drive it very much for the last few years. It’s time for another HEALEY NUT to enjoy it. I have a local price on it of $54,900. But I would consider a reasonable offer from a Austin Healey enthusiast.

No, I am not at a point where I want another classic. More than happy to make a fair deal on the purchase of my Healey though.
