Hi Guys

its been a bit quiet on the video front, so i thought i would share another of dads films, this time a review of the VSCC 1963 here in the UK.

club meets at goodwood. racing at oulton park, silverstone, prescott check out the lack of safety infrastructure. and valuable cars on welsh muddy hills doing the welsh trial.

let me know what you think, or if you spot any cars or people you know.

its 35mins of nostalgia.

enjoy

I was at that Prescott meeting. For me it was memorable because it was the last time John Bolster drove Bloody Mary in competition.
Which may not mean much to many here, but to this old English vintage enthusiast it was significant.

Amazing! Thanks for posting.

Am I crazy for wanting desperately to bring back the days where T-shirts were considered underwear and even the mechanics at a club race wore at least a collared shirt?

Saw on Youtube once a 1940s video of guys in Britian building steam locomotives. What struck me was guys running heavy presses and stamping machinery wearing aprons, and ties.

Amazing video, the days when the driver was a mechanic or a mechanic rode with you! :thumbsup2: Thanks for showing us the video, loved it!
