Understand I'm going solely from four halfway-decent pictures, but this might just be a deal! As with any other car, anything can be fixed with enough money, but the most critical point of the Herald is the chassis. Any or all of the outriggers can be replaced with quality reproduction items, although replacement of some pretty much requires removing the body for best possible welding. This looks to be a very original car and, as such, worthy of preservation as-is. By the way, it appears to be at least a latter part of 1963 build. Most encouraging is the relatively good panel fit, lack of any obvious rust and surprising amount of surviving white paint visible in the front wheel wells on the chassis and such!
Anthony, if you (or anyone else here) check out the car, I'd love to get commission, engine and body numbers both for my Database and also to better advise on what's there. The price might be high if it needs significant "recommissioning" (brakes, other fluids, cleaning out the fuel system and all that other maintenance stuff you'd do on a long-stored car).
