1960 Bugeye Concours

Rather confusing. Bad form to put a photo up of the car when you got it.
Even worse to call is "Concours" and it isn't even together yet.

Somebody in to deep, and it is to far to swim.

Looks like a very good start fo an experienced Buyeye person. but the money is too steep for me to consider for one second

Putting the con in concours?

On the other hand this does look like a nice one . I for one love to see "before" pics. I can tell this was nice to start with , not rusted out, or surface rusted , or smashed. The seller wants too much , I agree . It will be interesting to see what it will go for provided he gets motivated to sell. I sold mine for $1300 in 1979 , still know where its at too...Kevin

It does look really nice. If assembled, I think that would be a good price. But a whole lot of work left to be done.

He says if you e-mail him direct, he will fill your inbox with photos.....

I feel sorry for the seller. He obviously had a vision and has done some excellent work on the way to producing an excellent bugeye. Unfortunately, he's not going to finish the project. I think the price is too steep (although the seller might have that much into it) but it would be a good base toward a concours car.

He really does nice work. I offer 5K as is where is.
