1959 BN4 Interior Refurbishment

I'm fixing up my friend's late BN4.

Would someone please provide photos of the rear side and top panels?

Are the metal wheel wells supposed to have vinyl glued to them?

Where and how many screws hold the side panel in place?

Are the side panels supposed to have a rubber split strip on the top?

Is there supposed to be a wood sheet covered in matching vinyl placed on top of the wheel well, and if so, how many screws and where to hold it in place?

Previous person used cardboard instead of wood. Not sure if the pattern used was correct. Gave that to friend/owner to make it out of thin steel or wood.
