Good Afternoon Team,
I'm new to your forum and really appreciate this opportunity to ask a question. I have a problem with the "Banjo Vent & Drain Pipe" on my carbs. I have the new parts ordered in from Moss in hand. I would appreciate assistance in the proper routing of these pipes. My car is fitted with the H6 carbs, cold air box. I have seen these routed on some BJ8's but not on any BN1's. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
 
With the cold air box, the drain pipes were short and went horizontally into holes in the cold air box. I chose to route the tubes down past the exhaust manifold like you see on the BJ8s. With the original setup, you can pump a lot of gas into the cold air box before it shows.

100s without the cold air box didn't have any drain pipes. They had a vented cap on the float bowl that allowed overflow to flow over the top of the float bowl and down on the exhaust manifold. Not good IMHO.
