That was a nice car, did well on rallies as I recall. The starting bid is rather on the high side though, I'm not surprised that there have been no bids. That seems to be strong money for a minter, let alone one with a leaking water pump and a duff transmission.
 
But it is nice.There aren't to many of these around anymore.I wouldn't mind the price so much but I just can't start another project right now.I sure wouldn't mind it in our garage.

I think I told you about the guy near Piney, Manitoba... has a very early low-headlight Sunbeam-Talbot sedan, either 1948 or 1949 model. It's a car that needs lots of love and lots of work to fully restore it.

If you ever drove along the Trans-Canada westbound in the Richer, Manitoba area you may have seen this car before... he used to live close to the highway in a house trailer and had it parked in his yard, in full view of the highway.
